Will the data I contribute to PrivateComps be visible anywhere on your website?

No, we only use the data you contribute to PrivateComps will only be blended into a cohort with at least 3 similar transactions so that it will not be identifiable.

Will the names of the transaction participants be visible anywhere on PrivateComps?

No, we only use the names to place the transactions in the appropriate industry classification to ensure the cohorts in the search results are accurate.

How do I contribute my information on a transaction I was involved with?

To add your data to PrivateComps, simply search for the deal on the PrivateComps page and select it from the results list. Next, fill in the fields with your information and select Submit when you're done.

How do I register for a PrivateComps contributor account?

Please email us at privatecomps@tagnifi.com and we will send you a registration link.

What if my transaction is not showing up in the search results?

If your transaction is not showing up in the search results, we may not have it in our database if there was not a press release issued for the transaction. To add a deal that we don't have in our database, click on the Add My Deal button under Resources in the PrivateComps Dashboard.

Can I upload a list of my transactions instead of entering them one at a time?

Yes, you can upload a list of your transactions using the Excel template available on our Excel upload page.

Can I add data on a transaction if I was not directly involved?

Yes, please select the Third-Party/Other role on the deal contribution page.
